NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE
to the City of Mabel by Terry and Jean Ingvalson, Mabel, Minnesota, for a Conditional Use Permit to permit residential living in a district zoned commercial. The area representing the request is zoned commercial. The land is owned by Terrance and Jean Ingvalson and is described as follows:
Lot 91, 92 and South half of lot 93, Block 1, Mabel Original Plat and commonly known as 118 and 122 North Main Street, Mabel, MN 55954.
A Public Hearing on the Conditional Use Permit and Public Comment will be held by the Mabel City Council at the Community Center, Mabel, Minnesota, on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. All interested parties are welcome to attend the meeting or send written comments to the City of Mabel, 201 South Main Street, Mabel, MN 55954.
