LARPH cross country runner Caitlin Bauer won her third straight, and second super large race of the year, taking first (17:33.7) of 237 at the Roy Griak High School girls competition at Fort Snelling Golf Course. Claire Sherburne had 33 assists and five aces, 30 assists and nine aces, as SG volleyball swept matches with GM and Houston. Lion senior libero Izabel Kaufmann recorded her 1,000th career dig versus the Larks. SG (6-0, 7-3) leads the SEC-East by a half game over M-C (5-0, 10-1). R-P went 3-1 on the GM tourney. Addison Drinkall had 125 digs over six total matches, 16 sets (7.8 digs per set). The Trojans are 2-1 (TRC), 6-4 (overall). Cora Bicknese had 18 kills and 22 digs as Chatfield beat St. Charles 3-1, and 16 kills and 21 digs, in a 3-1 loss to Cannon Falls. Miranda Nagel had 22 digs as L-O topped Kingsland 3-1. The Cardinals also went 3-1 at the W-K Tourney. Bella Rodriguez had 23 digs as Houston topped G-E 3-1. Creighton Hoiness threw for four touchdowns and had five total scores, Carson Johnson had 112 yards receiving and three total TDs, as R-P topped St. Charles 55-19. The Trojans are 2-1 in the Southeast-Yellow/overall. Grant Daniels ran for 202 yards and two scores as FC topped BP/Hayfield 49-14. Quinci Kaase and Bridon Bahl each had three total scores in the game while Parker Krage was 7-for-7 PATS. The Falcons are 1-1 in the Mid-South-Green, 3-1 overall. Ezra Konkel and Dylan Halverson each accounted for three TDs as SG beat Houston 44-0. The Lions are 2-1 in the South-East/overall. Bently Wiersma (141) and KD Reiland (103) each ran for over 100 yards, but A-C/G-E topped Kingsland 66-36 behind six receiving TDs from Kaiden Farris.
