After falling to Fillmore Central, Chatfield volleyball (5-2) re-grouped by beating Caledonia 3-2. The Gophers (5-1, 5-2) came back from down 2-sets-to-0. Sydney Allen had 38 assists and 17 digs to key the effort. Kingsland volleyball topped Southland 3-2 in a five-match set. Ellie Buchholtz had 30 kills and Alyssa Link 40 assists for the Knights (5-1, 5-2). L-O (3-2) football won its second straight by beating Nicollet 29-18. Isaac Collier (126 yards, 2 TDs) and Chase Johnson (125 yards, TD rushing) combined for over 250 yards and 3 TDs rushing. Spring Grove football (3-2) won its second straight, annulling a 22-21 halftime deficit to L/P, out-scoring the Athletics 14-0 in the second half for a 36-22 win. Isaac Griffin had four total TDs (two passing, two rushing) to lead the Lions.
