What do you think motivates the nominee? Her caring nature and she works 7 days a week most of the time. If a regular doesn’t show up, she is on the phone finding out if there is a problem. She cares more than their families!

What do you think motivates the nominee? She believes that life is short and beautiful. Live it and share with others the best you can. Motivate, create, be adaptable and empathetic, it trickles down from the top.

Barb is a genuinely kind and caring person. She is a natural leader that doesn’t ask anything of her employees that she wouldn’t do herself. No matter what is going on in her life, she takes time for others — every time!
