High School Scholarship
The Fillmore Soil and Water Conservation District sponsors a $500 scholarship for a graduating Fillmore County high school student pursuing a degree in Natural Resources, Agriculture or related field.

College School Scholarship
The Fillmore Soil and Water Conservation District also sponsors a $500 scholarship for a Fillmore County college student who will be returning to school in the fall and is pursuing a degree in Natural Resources, Agriculture, or a related field. Fillmore did not receive a college student application in 2024.
Did you know a high school or college student looking to apply for scholarship?
Fillmore SWCD is accepting applications until March 2, 2025. Part of the application process is an essay in which applicants describe in 500 words or less “What Natural Resources Conservation Means to Me.” The full application can be accessed online at https://www.fillmoreswcd.org/education/scholarships/, or picked up at the SWCD office located at 912 Houston Street NW in Preston.
