WHEREAS, it appears from the Affidavit from Attorney Shawn Vogt Sween, Attorney for Plaintiff, that some or all of the Defendants in this Quiet Title Action are not in existence, deceased, or cannot be located in Fillmore County, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, SERVICE OF THE Summons upon the Defendants needs to be made by publication pursuant to the Rules of Civil Procedure and Minnesota Statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, based upon the Affidavit and the file and being duly informed, it is hereby
ORDERED:
Publication of the Summons in this action shall be commenced in the Bluff Country News for a period of three (3) consecutive weeks, commencing as soon as possible. Upon completion of publication, an Affidavit of Publication shall be filed in this matter.
