NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree in the above entitled action, dated December 2, 2025, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendant(s) Charles E Klos Jr. and Victoria Klos, the Sheriff of Fillmore County, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on June 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Main Lobby, Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, 901 Houston St NW, Preston, MN, said county and state, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree, commonly known as 98 River St, Peterson, MN 55962 and legally described as:
Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Joseph J. Benston’s Addition to Peterson, also the West 20 feet of Outlot Eight (8) in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W 1/2 of NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township One Hundred Four (104) North, Range Eight (8) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Fillmore County, Minnesota , PID# 070126000
