NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that under and by virtue of a Judgment and Decree in the above entitled action, dated December 15, 2023, and entered on December 19, 2023, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to said Plaintiff in the above entitled action from Defendant(s) Dale C Marks and Melissa S Marks the Sheriff of Fillmore County, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, on April 4, 2024, at 10:00 AM, at the Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office, Civil Division, Main Lobby, Fillmore County Courthouse, 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, said county and state, the premises and real estate described in said Judgment and Decree, commonly described as 208 N Green St, Rushford, MN 55971 and legally described as:
LOTS 39, 40 AND 41, IN BLOCK 2,OF EAST BROOKLYN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF RUSHFORD, FILLMORE COUNTY, MINNESOTA, PID# 060502000
THE TIME ALLOWED BY LAW FOR REDEMPTION BY THE MORTGAGOR, THE MORTGAGOR’S PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES OR ASSIGNS, MAY BE REDUCED TO FIVE WEEKS IF A JUDICIAL ORDER IS ENTERED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUTES SECTION 582.032 DETERMINING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT THE MORTGAGED PREMISES ARE IMPROVED WITH A RESIDENTIAL DWELLING OF LESS THAN 5 UNITS, ARE NOT PROPERTY USED FOR AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION, AND ARE ABANDONED.
