NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Spring Grove Economic Development Authority (the “EDA”) will meet 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 to conduct a public hearing on the proposed sale of certain real property (“Property”) located in the City to David and Jennifer Fitzpatrick, for the purpose of constructing a trucking/transport facility.
The Property is located at 658 Enterprise Drive in the City and is legally described as: Sect-12 Twp-101 Range-007 SPRING GROVE COMM PARK 1ST ADD Lot-002 Block-002 DOC #207187. The parcel number is 260664000.
The EDA will meet at the public hearing to determine if the sale is advisable. A copy of the terms and conditions of the proposed sale of the Property will be on file and available for inspection at City Hall during regular business hours. Any person wishing to express an opinion on the matters to be considered at the public hearing will be heard orally or in writing.
