The Spring Valley Township Board will accept quotes for 2026 summer blading, 2026-2027 winter season plowing & ice control on approximately 29 miles of road. Detailed requirements can be obtained from the Township Clerk.
Road Rock
The Spring Valley Township Board will accept quotes for Class 2 & 5 road rock, priced per ton, delivered, and spread. It must meet all State of Minnesota specifications.

All quotes must be submitted in separate envelopes labeled “Quote Enclosed” and in the possession of the Township Clerk by Monday, April 27, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Certificates of Liability Insurance for a minimum of $1.5M must accompany each quote.
Quotes will be reviewed at the Township Board meeting held at the Fire Hall in Spring Valley on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 7:00 PM.
The Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes for any reason.
