NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Mabel, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of a zoning regulations for cannabis businesses within the city.
Date: Wednesday, May 13th
Time: 6:00 p.m.
Location: Mabel Community Center
The purpose of the proposed ordinance is to establish local regulations concerning the zoning and operation of cannabis businesses in accordance with Minnesota law.
A copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public inspection at Mabel City Hall during regular business hours.
All interested people are invited to attend the public hearing and will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted prior to the hearing to Karen Larson, City Clerk at karen.larson@cityofmabel.com.
