TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Harmony, Minnesota, will meet at 7:00 p.m. on January 11, 2022, to consider, and possibly adopt, an ordinance amendment changing ordinance §50.04 to remove any specific reference to the amount of the late payment penalty charged on delinquent utility accounts, and instead reference the separate city fee schedule where such late payment penalties shall instead be specified.
The ordinance amendment shall take effect upon publication of the ordinance after adoption, if applicable
