Section 604.05(9), Performance Standards in the Ag District
The Fillmore County Board of Commissioners adopted an amendment to the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance on October 1, 2019. This amendment pertains to Section 604.06(9), Performance Standards in the Ag District. The topics covered include removing the Crop Equivalency Rating restriction, therefore allowing a dwelling to be built on land with a Crop Equivalency Rating over 65.
