Notice is hereby given that the council of the City of Harmony, Minnesota, will meet at 7:00 p.m. on March 1, 2022, to hold a public hearing for purpose of considering, and possibly adopting, a zoning ordinance amendment defining “retail variety stores” and making them permissible by conditional use permit in commercial and industrial districts in the City of Harmony and further defining any conditions that would be necessary for an applicant to meet to obtain a permit.
The ordinance amendment shall take effect upon publication of the ordinance after adoption, if applicable.
