Under and by virtue of an Execution issued out of and under the seal of the District Court of the State of Minnesota, in and for the Third Judicial District and County of Fillmore, upon a judgment entered May 13, 2019, and docketed April 24, 2020, in said Court and County in an action therein, wherein ZB, N.A. was plaintiff, and Steven Worden and Wendy Worden were defendants, in favor of said plaintiff and against said defendant for the sum of $910,694.47, as appears in the judgment roll filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said County of Fillmore, and
WHEREAS, said judgment was docketed in the District Court of Fillmore County on the 24th day of April, 2020, and the sum of $910,694.47 (including accrued costs and interest) is now actually due thereon, plus additional interest computed up to and including the date of sale and all of my fees, costs and disbursements of levy and sale, and
WHEREAS, said Execution has to me as Sheriff of Fillmore County been duly directed and delivered,
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that I have levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder, in the main lobby at the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, Minnesota, County of Fillmore, on the 3rd day of December, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. of that day, all the right, title and interest that the above-named defendants had on the 24th day of April, 2020, (that being the date of docketing of said judgment in Fillmore County) in and to the real estate hereinafter described, or any interest therein which said defendant has since that day acquired, the description of the property being as follows, to-wit:

The judgment debtor, the debtor’s heirs, successors, legal representatives, or assigns may redeem within one year after the day of sale, or order confirming sale.
