NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S EXECUTION SALE

REAL PROPERTY

WHEREAS, judgment was rendered on the 29th day of November, 2018, in a court action in the city of Preston, Minnesota, in the County of Fillmore, between All-American Co-op, a Minnesota Cooperative Association, assignee of Progressive Ag Center LLC, Plaintiff, and Anton Becker, Defendant, in favor of said creditor and against said judgment debtor, Anton Becker, for the sum of Fifty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Four Dollars and Forty-Eight Cents ($52,344.48) as appears by the transcript of said judgment filed in the office of the Clerk of said District Court for said County; and

WHEREAS, said Transcript of Judgment was docketed in said District Court in said County on the 29th day of November, 2018, at 3:16 o’clock p.m. on said day and the sum of Sixty Thousand Twenty-Three Dollars and Fifty-Eight Cents ($60,023.58) is now actually due thereon as of May 14, 2020, plus interest of $14.34 per diem from the 14th day of May, 2020, up to and including the date of sale, and also for all increased costs and for all Sheriff’s fees, costs, and disbursements of levy and sale; and

WHEREAS, an Execution issued out of and under the seal of said District Court has to the Sheriff of said County been duly directed and delivered, said Sheriff has under and by virtue of said Execution levied upon and will sell at public auction to the highest cash bidder at the main lobby of the Fillmore County Courthouse, 101 Fillmore Street, in the City of Preston, Minnesota, in said County of Fillmore, on the 23rd day of July, 2020, at 10:00 o’clock a.m. of that day, all right, title, and interest of the above-named judgment debtor in and to the real property, located in Fillmore County, Minnesota, hereinafter described as follows:

All that part of the South 60 acres of the Southeast Quarter Section 5, Township 102 North of Range 13 West lying West of the right-of-way of the Chicago Great Western Railroad Company (Tax Parcel ID No.: 33.0041.010)
