NOTICE is hereby given that the Spring Valley City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026. The meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the City Hall Council Chambers. The Public Hearing is to review a new Event Ordinance. All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
