1. The City Council will hold a public hearing to consider re-zoning the following parcels to residential; Parcel 260009000, 118 Division Avenue South, Spring Grove, Minnesota AND Parcel 260008000, 124 Division Avenue South, Spring Grove, Minnesota
Hearings for this notice will be held at the Spring Grove Communications Building Room 100, City of Spring Grove, located at 166 Main St W. at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023.
All persons having an interest in the matter will be given the opportunity to submit comments relative to said hearings. Comments should be mailed to the Administrator Jana Elton, Clerk/Administrator, 118 First Avenue NW, PO Box 218, Spring Grove, MN 55974, or emailed to Jana@springgrovemn.com, and must be received by Friday, September 15th at 4:30 p.m. Comments regarding the petition received by this date will be part of the public record and will be made available for review by the Planning Commission prior to the meeting.
