The Fountain Planning & Zoning Commission met at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Monday, April 20th, 2020, to conduct a meeting on a petition filed by Brent Miller, PO Box 102 531 1st St, Fountain, MN to rezone 4.67 acres from the Residential District to the Industrial District for the purpose of constructing a shed 56 x 40 = 2240.

You are herein notified that a hearing will be held by the Fountain Planning Commission on Monday, May 4th, 2020, at 7:00 o’clock P.M. in the Fountain City Community Center Main Street, Fountain, MN to consider objections to said request.
This publication shall constitute as notice to each resident and each owner of real property within three hundred fifty (350) feet of the outer boundaries of the property in question.
Any person wishing to express an opinion of the matters to be considered at the public hearing can be heard orally in person on Monday May 4th, 2020, or in writing by mailing comments to Mary Tjepkes, City of Fountain, and P.O. Box 115, Fountain, MN 55935.
