The Fillmore County Board of Adjustment and Planning Commission will conduct a tour on Monday, June 5, 2023. They will leave the highway shop at 9:00 a.m. and visit a site in Bloomfield Township where Buell Consulting, Inc. representing Verizon Wireless, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for a Telecommunications Tower. They will continue to a site in Chatfield Township where Tower North, represented by Alex Trueman, has applied for a Variance for a Telecommunications Tower. Their final site visit will be in Preston Township where Grebin Properties, LLC has applied for a Variance.
There will be a meeting on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at which time the Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on the variance applications for Tower North and Grebin Properties, LLC, and the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the Conditional Use permit request by Buell Consulting at 7:00 p.m. in Room 601L in the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN.
