Notice is hereby given that the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment has been presented an application from Brett Pederson & Debra Mjelde of 18520 County 8, Wykoff MN 55990 for a18-foot Variance from Section 604.05(2)(a) of the Fillmore County Zoning Ordinance to construct a work shop/storage building on their parcel located in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ Section 9, Fillmore Township. The land is located in an Agricultural District.
Notice is further given that said petitioners Brett Pederson & Debra Mjelde will be heard at a monthly meeting of the Fillmore County Board of Adjustment on August 18, 2022, at 7:05 p.m. in Room 601L of the Fillmore County Courthouse at 101 Fillmore Street, Preston, MN, 55965 at which time all interested persons will be heard. If you would like any further information on this project, it is available in the Fillmore County Zoning Office during office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or on the Fillmore County website www.co.fillmore.mn.us
