Monster Bash haunted house

October 18, 2021 by Fillmore County Journal

The number one rated Haunted House in the State of Minnesota opened again on Thursday, October 14.  Monster Bash is back after a year away and ready to scare like never before.  Our last three haunts have been rated the Top Overall Halloween attraction by MinnesotaHaunted-houses.com, and this year is better than ever.  We will transport our guests to an old west ghost town, Specter Gulch.  Specter Gulch has been deserted for over 100 years, except for the ghosts that never left….  With a year off, Monster Bash has really ramped up.

Monster Bash 9 “Specter Gulch” will be open every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday through Halloween.  Admission is $13 per person (children under 5 are free).  We also offer a NO SCARE option for small children or guests that want all the fun, without the fright!

Monster Bash draws from a large area and we regularly get guests from five or more states.  Some guests drive over four hours to come to our haunt EVERY YEAR!  Every year our haunt has a different theme and we always have a new floorplan.  No two years are ever the same.

Monster Bash is a safe attraction.  Many of our actors are high school age students and it is our responsibility to protect them and our guests while we are open. We will be requiring face masks that properly cover your mouth and nose.  Each guest will sanitize their hands before entering and there will be social distancing in our que line.  Those not wishing to follow our guidelines will not be admitted to the haunt.

Monster Bash Haunted House is run by Monster Bash, Inc, a 501 c 3 non-profit organization.  Monster Bash, Inc gives all profits to support the Arts within the boundaries of the Fillmore Central School District.  This is our ninth season and to date, we have given back nearly $88,000 to support the arts in our area.
