Mabel-Canton Public Schools, Mabel, Minnesota, is presently soliciting competitive “Prime Contract Bids” for Mabel Canton School – 2022 Facility Upgrades. Sealed bids will be received at the District Office, 316 W FILLMORE AVE, MABEL, MN 55954. No other agent is authorized to receive bids. Bids will be received until Thursday, January 6, 2021 1:00 pm, local time at which time they will be publicly tabulated for review, Bidders are also invited to review the results online at https://www.krausanderson.com/subcontractors/bid-tabulations/ 3 days after the bid.
All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
This portion of the project involves HVAC, Plumbing only.
