Happy Week of the Young Child! Mabel–Canton Community Education offers many opportunities for our young children and their families. Our Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) classes and events are open to birth to 5-year-olds. Our family fun nights are events the whole family can attend together and make new connections with other families. We also proudly offer a 4 Star Parent Aware Preschool and Pre-K program at M-C schools. We would like to invite all families with children birth to 5 years old to the remaining classes and events left this school year. Here is a little bit of information about our programs at Mabel-Canton.
We currently offer a Kindergarten Readiness (4/5-year-olds) where the students meet on Monday, Wednesday and Friday all day. We also offer a Preschool class twice a week in the morning for 3/4-year-olds on Tuesday and Thursday. Special education students are also integrated into our classroom, allowing friendships to form and differences to be accepted. Transportation is available to daycares.
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will be offered starting the middle of April. We will host a registration night at school on Monday, May 5. Please watch for more information. There is a non-refundable registration fee due at the time of registration. If you would like to be added to our mailing list, please contact the school office.
We are excited to invite families to join us at our ECFE Family Fun Night and Arts & Craft Classes. We will be offering an Easter egg hunt, Dad and Me Building Night, a night at the park and several arts and crafts classes along with a newborn and toddler night still coming up to this school year.
