Caring concern for life
To the Editor,
In this time of uncertainty, anxiety, and grief with the pandemic of the coronavirus attacking America, we are dedicated to doing what we can to stop this great loss of life. This concern for others has brought us together with love and caring for our fellow Americans. We see the death and pain it has brought and we want to help to ease and stop this pain and suffering in whatever way we can. But, what about our littlest Americans? Their lives are being taken away. Their lives are being lost to the pandemic of abortion. We see the cruelty of death from the coronavirus, – WHY are we blind to the cruelty of death from abortion. Our littlest Americans are being discarded and thrown out.
Support and care needs to be shown to moms making this heart-wrenching decision. It needs to be known that moms through the generations have also had thoughts of uncertainty and difficulities, but with loving encouragement they can realize that these little ones need to have the chance to grow and live. Protecting their little lives should be seen as giving them the opportunity to life that they are so deserving of.
With compassion, moms can feel safe to care and protect the lives of these littlest Americans in a country that needs to value and care for their little lives.

Of course it would be nice if there were no abortions, but unplanned pregnancies will happen. The thing that bothers me a lot is that anti-abortion folks generally vote republican, yet republicans usually work to cut aid to families and young children. If we ever do have government forced birthings in America, we must have the government cover the cost of raising the child until adulthood. That is likely over $2 million for a decent middle class upbringing.

OK, I exaggerated. $200,000 would nearly cover the cost of raising a child.
