Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Lanesboro, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will take place at Lanesboro City Hall, 202 Parkway Avenue South, Lanesboro, MN.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive comments on a Conditional Use Permit application for the property at 109 Elmwood Street East, Lanesboro, MN. The applicant has applied to utilize the single-family residential dwelling as a short-term lodging establishment/vacation dwelling units.
