Be still like the calm before the storm. Be still like the world after it rains.
Be still like the bird chirping on a warm summer’s day.
Be still like fresh fallen snow.
Be still and don’t let people get you down. Be still even when others hurt you, When it feels like the whole world is against you. Be still when the weight of the world feels like it’s crushing you.
Be still even in the face of death.
Be still when you have absolutely nothing.
Be still when you don’t know what to do.
Be still when you don’t know where to go.
Be still and enjoy life, because you never know when things happen. Be still and know that everything must happen for a reason. Be still and know that what is meant for you will find you.
Be still when things are not perfect.
Be still when happiness comes your way. Be still even when you have everything. Be still when the best things happen in your life. Be still when you feel like you are on the top of the world.
Be still in the face of adversity. Be still in knowing you are on the right path, because everyone’s path is different. Be still in knowing that you are exactly right where you need to be.
Be still like the forest.
Be still like nature.
Be still like the softness in the grass.
Be still like the wind.
Be still when things are just fine.
Be still when things are ok.
Be still when things are not good, but also not bad.
Be still in the feeling of alright.
Be still like a house on a cold winter’s eve. Be still like wrapping up in a blanket with a cup of tea. Be still like a really good book. Be still like the softness of a bed.
Be still like the night.
Be still like the owl’s cry.
Be still like the starry night sky.
Be still like the darkness.
Be still like earth.
Be still like the dirt.
Be still like the flowers.
Be still like mother nature.
Be still in the fire.
Be still within the burning flames.
Be still in the hot, fiery, heat.
Be still in the charring, smokey, discontent.
Be still like the kind people.
Be still with a smile on your face.
Be still with grace.
Be still with a soft & kind heart.
Be still in the joys of life. Be still in the cry of a newborn baby. Be still in the cheer of a new marriage. Be still in the warmth of starting something entirely new.
Be still when things get dark. Be still when your mental health gets the better of you. Be still when the monsters in your head get to be too much. Be still when you feel like you just want to end it all.
Be still in knowing peace.
Be still in the quiet.
Be still within the calm.
Be still in tranquility.
Be still like a purring cat. Be still like the happiness of your dog when you come home. Be still the galloping of the wild horses. Be still like the hibernation of a bear.
Be still and know that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.
Be still and know that there is a rainbow after it rains.
Be still and know that the night will turn into day.
Be still like your life depends on it, because it does.
Be still and know that this is the best way.
Be still.
