The Fillmore Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) Board of Supervisors (Board Members) are elected officials who serve a four-year term and are elected in the general election. The office of Supervisor is a nonpartisan office and each Board Member represents their entire district.
Board Members meet monthly, discussing the business of the SWCD, setting conservation priorities, distributing state grant allocations to landowners and coordinating conservation efforts with other local units of government and State and Federal agencies. Board Members receive a per diem for board meetings and are reimbursed for mileage and expenses related to the Supervisor position.
Fillmore SWCD’s 2024 Board Members included the following:
- Tim Gossman, representing District 1
- Jason Wetzel, representing District 2
- Kathy Tesmer, representing District 3
- Eunice Biel, representing District 4
- Travis Willford, representing District 5
