Hot Shots

Caledonia/Spring Grove, LFCMC, and GMLOKS track and field teams took part in the 25-plus team, large-school MSU-Mankato Indoor Showcase. C/SG’s Josh Beardmore was the boy’s event MVP after taking first (Long Jump), second (60-meters), fifth (200-meters), and fourth (4×200). GMLOKS’ Sam Snitker won the High Jump with a program-record 6’6” leap. LFCMC’s Jayce Kiehne took second at the 800-meters. At the St. Mary’s Early Bird Meet, RPH’s Aubry Boldt ripped off four first place finishes (55-hurdles, Long Jump, Triple Jump, 4×200).
