The blood drive held in Harmony on November 28, 2017, succeeded in collecting 50 units of blood which was their goal. There were 50 donors that presented and one first-time participant. Congratulations to these four donors who reached the following milestones: Sylvia Leitzen – five gallons, Paula Michel – four gallons, Jane Montgomery – six gallons, Darrel Olson – three gallons.
The bloodmobile is sponsored by the Harmony American Legion Auxiliary, and many of the volunteers are Auxiliary members. However, numerous volunteers from the community also help make our blood drives successful. Thank you to everyone for your continued support in this worthwhile effort.
