At the Wabasha-Kellogg girls golf tourney, at the 18-hole par-71 Coffee Mill Golf Course, Caledonia (338) won its third tourney of the year, topping Lanesboro (409), Rushford-Peterson (424), Fillmore Central (432), PEM (437), GMLO (437), La Crescent/Hokah (447), Lewiston-Altura (462), and W-K (incomplete). The individual champ was Lanesboro’s Addison McCabe (40/40 > 80), who won her second tourney. Shooting 9-over, she topped nearest foes, Caledonia’s Emersyn Klug (43/40 > 83), Hayden Harms (41/43 > 84), and Jazzlyn Hauser (43/41 > 84), then FC’s Maddie Topness (40/46 > 86) to round out the top five. Taking places sixth thru 10 were Cal’s Maggie Herman (87), Lanesboro’s Jentrey Schreiber (88), GMLO’s Gabby Tangren (90), Cal’s Ellison Harms (94) and Alexis Sauer (95). R-P’s top two were Adalyn Colbenson (98) and Brynn Dvorak (100) in 12th and 14th places (of 43). McCabe also won the R-P Tourney. Caledonia’s other team wins have come at tourneys in Rushford and Hayfield.
