The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office would like to invite the public to attend a seminar on common scams. The event will take place on Wednesday, March 6 at 7 p.m. at the Lanesboro Community Center. The seminar will focus on the most common types of scams experienced in Fillmore County, for example, IRS scams, elder scams and online scams. This free seminar will last approximately one hour and will include a question and answer session.
