Fillmore County District Court

On September 15, Robert Lacy Atkinson-Seal, 61 of Spring Valley, appeared before District Court Judge Jeremy Clinefelter.  Atkinson-Seal is charged with Predatory Offender – Knowingly Commits Act or Fails to Fulfill Registration, a felony with a maximum criminal penalty of not less than two years nor more than five years in prison.  On or about September 12, it was made known to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension and a Fillmore County Sheriff’s investigator that the defendant had allegedly failed to update his current employment, a violation of his lifetime registration status as a Predatory Offender.
