On August 17, Madison Lyn Lundahl, 22 of Spring Valley, appeared before District Court Judge Carol M. Hanks. Lundahl is charged with Terroristic Threats – Reckless Disregard Risk, a felony with a maximum criminal penalty of five years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine. On or about August 16, a Fillmore County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence in Spring Valley to speak to a victim who had allegedly been threatened. The defendant had allegedly threatened to cut the victim’s throat. A witness came forward, corroborating the alleged events. The defendant allegedly admitted to an officer she had said the “cut her throat” line. The witness to the event supplied a video where Lundahl is allegedly seen and heard saying “let me kill her,” twice.
