Social Services:
•The Board approved the 2022-2023 MOU between Region 10 Contracting Services and Fillmore County.
•The Board approved 2022 Children’s Mental Health Screening Grant between Fillmore County and the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
•The Board approved 2022 MFIP DWP contract between Fillmore County and Work Force Development Inc.
Sheriff:
•The Board reviewed the Chief Deputy 2022 Salary Request.
•The Board reviewed the Sheriff 2022 Salary Request.
• RESOLUTION 2021-065: Declaring a State of Emergency.
Attorney: • The Board reviewed the Attorney 2022 Salary Request.
Highway/Airport:
• RESOLUTION
2021-066: to enter into to a detour agreement with MN/DOT during the construction of TH 43.
• RESOLUTION 2021-067: for the bridge replacement on CSAH 29, SAP 023-629 010.
• RESOLUTION 2021-069: for sponsorship of an application for Federal funds in the City of Lanesboro.
•The Board approved cooperative agreement between Fillmore County and the City of Whalan for the reconstruction of CSAH 36.
Human Resources:
•The Board approved the 2022 non-union pay plan with a 3% COLA/Market increase.
•The Board approved the 2022 Phone Stipends.
•The Board approved to promote intermittent deputy to full-time status effective 12/21/2021.
Administration:
•The Board approved the Income Maintenance position.
•The Board approved the committee to review the Jail Architect RFPs and narrow down the proposals to three interviewees.
•The Board approved the Finance Director to pay all regular and normal bills through 12/31/2021 with review by the board chair.
•The Board set the Annual Meeting for January 4th at 9 a.m.
•The Board approved purchase for all employees from the Wellness Committee.
