•Awarded Minnowa Construction for Bridge Replacement in Jordan Township SAP

•Awarded Rochester Sand & Gravel for two Surface Reconditioning Projects under
one contract for CSAH 3 from TH 63 to CSAH 1, SAP 023-603-005 and on CSAH
39 from TH 63 west to the Mower County Line, SAP 023-639-003
Public Health:
•Approved the purchase of a freezer for vaccines funded by the Public Health COVID
grant.
•Approved automatic bathroom door openers funded by the Public Health COVIDgrant
•Reviewed Community Health Board’s Joint Expenditures for 2021/2022 shared with
Houston County
Human Resources:
•Board approved the wage for Sarah Swanson to Grade 12/Step 4
Administrator:
•2022 Appropriations and budgeted contributions with non-profits
•Approved the request to advertise RFP for Auditing Services
•Approved MARCO as the vendor for the copy machines, along with an added copier
for Planning/Zoning
•Approved the recommendation for Brad Hoiness as District 3 representative for the
DFO Task Force Committee
•Approved the letter of support for Workforce Development for the Good Jobs
