Start jail time by close of business March 4 – defendant may have Huber and if injured while on Huber he could be released from jail to take care of his medical needs – when jail time is complete must immediately start his 45 days of home monitoring.  Supervised probation for two years – Conditions (1/20/2026): Follow all state and federal criminal laws, Contact probation officer as directed, Tell your probation officer within 72 hours if charged with any new crime, if change address, employment, or telephone number, and/or if have contact with law enforcement, Cooperate with the search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, and things as directed by probation officer, Sign releases of information as directed, Give a DNA sample when directed, Do not use or possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, Sign Probation Agreement, Follow all instructions of probation, No alcohol/controlled substance use including THC (with the exception of prescribed medications), No possession of alcohol or drugs including THC (with the exception of prescribed medications), Do not enter bars or liquor stores or establishments that sell THC, Random testing – at the request of probation agent to prove defendant is not using alcohol, THC, or controlled substance to ensure compliance with abstinence provision, Chemical dependency evaluation/treatment – complete an updated CD Evaluation and DVI within 45 days and follow recommendations, Cognitive skill training, Obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, Individual Therapy – out-patient treatment if required – Individual Therapy, Relapse Prevention Group, Choosing Recovery or Anger Management as direct by agent – maintain contact with Peer Support Specialist, Take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, No assault, aggressive, threatening, assaultive or disorderly behaviors, Domestic No Contact – probation.   6/16/2025, Obstruct Legal Process- Interfere With Peace Officer, Local Confinement – 3 days.  Credit for time served: three days.

Burdell Lee Hahn, 60, Houston, Minn.; 11/29/2025, D.W.I. – Operate Motor Vehicle – Alcohol Concentration 0.08 Within Two Hours, Fine $300, Total Fees $375.  Local Confinement 90 days (stay 90 days for one year).  Conditions (2/27/2025): Sign Probation Agreement – as directed by agent – make contact with the Department of Corrections to make an appointment with agent within 24 hours of sentencing – follow standard and special conditions of probation, Sign releases of information as directed, No mood-altering chemicals – that the defendant abstain from the use and possession of all mood altering chemicals including alcohol and THC (except those prescribed by a licensed physician and those should be taken only in the amount and dosages prescribed), Submit to Chemical Testing – upon probable cause to believe defendant is in violation of this order defendant is subject to testing at the direction of agent, Do not enter bars or liquor stores – refrain from entering any establishment where the primary business is the sale of alcohol or THC – if it is a restaurant/bar establishment defendant must refrain from entering the bar area must remain in the restaurant area, Remain law-abiding – be of good behavior and no same or similar offenses, Chemical use assessment has been completed – defendant will sign releases as needed to provide probation with a copy of the results of that assessment – defendant will follow the recommendations made within that chemical use assessment (because this is already completed there will be no additional assessment fee).
