In the February 15, 2021, issue of the Fillmore County Journal, on the page 14 continuation of the article “Daily bus to and from Rochester, via Spring Valley, to resume,” a correction to the area noting an ambulance request is as follows:
Deb Zimmer reported the complaint received asked for dismissal based on length of response time. From the time of the page to the arrival at the residence was 11 minutes. This is not over the targeted response time. Sue Puffer noted the targeted response time from page to when the ambulance leaves the station is 10 minutes or less. The two times presented at the meeting were for different points in the ambulance response process (leaving the station and arriving at the scene).
