Notices and Consent Agenda: Parade of Lights, Hwy 30 Newsletter #15; verified claims; approve renewal of general legal services agreement Flaherty-Hood; approve LMCIT renewal with decision to not waive monetary limits on municipal tort liability. Discuss “Open Doors” tour as good turnout and productive.
Approve renewal Darr Reality extension of listing contract for remaining lots in Himlie Business Park.
Receive report from Derek Olinger, Bolton Menk, update and recap of Hwy 30 project; work to be done yet, timeline for punch list items, timeline issues with project, used less contingency funds than anticipated, MDOT and RSG discussing liquidated damages.
Authorize deferral of special assessments on 2 parcels on Hwy 30 project; city will bill annually for interest and record against the parcels. Update provided on other assessment paid in advance and those certified to County. Approve Resolution for Housing Rehab Project/Ronnenberg. Update on all projects provided.
Approve renewal of RPVCC contract for services agreement and amount to be paid. Decision to ask CRV and Village to share content creation costs for YouTube videos specific to their communities.
Document will be provided next meeting for Administrator annual performance review.
