Members Present:  Mayor Benson, Council members O’Donnell, Ryman, Linder, Volkman

Staff Present:  Administrator Chladek, Clerk/Treas. Zacher

The meeting was called to order by an electronic group meeting on Zoom.

Consent Agent:  verified claims and fund summary report, PWD OT and banked hours report; financial statement; police dept. revenue/expense report, utility fund recap report.

Letter from Bolton & Menk regarding completion of 2019 Street & Utility Project; no major issues, good weather, good contractor, approx. $70,000 under bid amount.

Notices included CRV public hearing notice, Mediacom channel change letter, Primary Election notice for 8/11/20, LGA certified amount for 2021, GO Tax Abatement Refunding Bond completed.

Approved Resolution Acknowledging donations from SE MN Hog Chapter, Rochester Harley Davidson ad MiEnergy for cycle ride fund-raising event for Rushford Ambulance.  

Reviewed memo on Bluffview Road; Adopt Resolution Declaring Existence of Public Right-of-Way and Prescriptive Easement.

Discuss CARES Act funding details on eligible and ineligible uses, elements to be satisfied to expend the funds, timeline, audit requirements and methods to expend.  Staff to develop application form for next meeting for review for businesses, nonprofits or individuals to state their need, define their loss or describe their hardship.

Electric project to begin soon; starting on Pine Meadows Lane and R-P School area, then to Winona Street area.  Property owners have bene sent letter of explanation and map of areas of work to be done.

Publish 24
