AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FOLLOWING PRE-EXISTING ORDINANCES:
SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE: Ordinance 2026-01 adopts amendments to Chapter 112:03 related to the definition of “Restaurant”; and to 112:20 increasing the maximum number of liquor licenses allowed from 0 to 2; and to 30.111 updating the City of Whalan Fee Schedule.
