CHAPTER 710 – USE OF RECREATIONAL AND SPECIAL VEHICLES – Amendment; abbreviated version

1. GENERAL PROHIBITIONS.  It is unlawful for any person to operate a RECREATIONAL MOTORIZED VEHICLE within the corporate limits of Spring Grove under the following circumstances:
2. At speeds in excess of fifteen (15) miles per hour. The speed limit on all Spring Grove City streets, except for state and county highways, and those alleys already designated as 10 mph, shall be 25 mph.
