City of PRESTON Ordinance 299

AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 221 ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 6, 1995 AND TITLED “ZONING ORDINANCE”
The City Council of the City of Preston hereby amends and replaces that portion of Ordinance 221 codified as § 155.053 with the following:
§ 155.053 PERMITTED CONDITIONAL USES.
Within an R-2 District, buildings or land may be used for one or more of the following uses if granted a conditional use permit.
(A) Any use permitted in § 155.038.
(B) Hospitals, convalescent and nursing homes, health clinics.
(C) Bed and Breakfast as defined in 155.196
(D) Home occupation as defined in 155.197
(E) Boarding and Lodging houses
This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication.
ADOPTED this 16th day of January 2024, by the City Council of the City of Preston.
