The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Chatfield will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 2nd, 2021, during its regular meeting that will begin at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the public hearing is to take public comment regarding a proposal made by Main Street Properties for an apartment and RV Campground and amending a portion of the current zoning district from B-2 – Neighborhood Commercial to R-2 – Multifamily Residential. The property is generally located in the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Chatfield Township at 219 First Street SW.
