NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION A PORTION OF ALLEY &
PORTION OF STREET PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTE §412.851
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held before the Canton City Council on May 13, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Canton Town Hall located at 107 North Ash Street to consider proposed vacation a portion of alley and a portion of street located in the City of Canton, legally described as:
Stutzman/Post Office alley: alley platted North of Lot 109, Willford Addition, City of Canton, which is 20 feet wide, extending 120 feet East from Main Street to the alley between Main Street and N Ash Street
- Oak St: North portion of N Oak Street platted between Lots 29-33 & Lots 34-38, Original Plat, City of Canton, which is 66 feet wide and extending 250 feet North from E Fillmore Ave
