At the July 16 Preston City Council meeting, the implementation of an area fundraising effort for the proposed veterans home was discussed. July 16 — Gasoline prices in Minnesota have risen 0.8 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.75/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 2,856 stations in Minnesota.
