Klobuchar Urges USPS to Reverse Plan That Will Slow Mail Delivery
WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar called on the United States Postal Service (USPS) to abandon its Regional Transportation Optimization (RTO) plan in a letter to Postmaster General David Steiner.
