At the February 20 city council meeting, the council unanimously approved exercising its option to buy property from Robert Doherty, which is expected to be the future home of a veterans home. The Fillmore County Classification and Compensation Study final report was reviewed at the February 12 county board meeting. The report was compiled by David Drown Associates Company.
