Motorcycle accident claims lives of two men
Winneshiek County Deputies responded to a motorcycle accident that occurred on the evening of June 11 on County Road A14. The driver, Wyatt Rex Tibbals, 21, of Cresco, Iowa, was traveling at a high rate of speed on a motorcycle and struck pedestrian, Finn Lee Ronken, 22, of Canton, Minn., who was in the roadway.
