PAUL, MN – Minnesota’s unadjusted job count passed the  3 million mark in June for the first time ever, according to figures released June 20 by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED). MINNESOTA, MN, July 17- Average retail gasoline prices in Minnesota have not moved  in the past week, averaging $2.20/g yesterday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 2,856 gas outlets in Minnesota.
